My Daily Bliss Smoothie
What will you need…..
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1 cup of spinach or kale (packed)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds/flaxseeds
1/2 cup of almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
1/2 cup of water
Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness
