What will you need…..

  • 1 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  • 1 cup of spinach or kale (packed)

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds/flaxseeds

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness
